Our second workshop focused on creative reuse has started now at the School of Fine Arts in Athens at Studio 11 in collaboration with the Berlin-based artist Ties Ten Bosch. The workshop aims at stimulating creative actions and exploring the possibilities of an alternative administration of material waste using their imagination and collaboration.
Our first workshop on “Upcycling and Design” in collaboration with Ludd Makerspace and Rokani has started. During these three days our participants got introduced to the concept of fablab, got familiar with the technical equipment of the lab, designed and developed their sketches and in the end they created beautiful design objects.

The project was presented for the first time in public since its inception as part of the event Artistic Surplus which was organized by Aparamillon. The all-day event was focused on the artistic surplus: things that were designed but not made, tried but not preferred, proposed but rejected, things that were left over.
